With the rising cost of inputs, have you ever wondered if your seed meters are performing at their peak accuracy level?  Our certified Precision Farming Specialists can test and calibrate your meters. Poor performance of a meter will only be amplified, not lessened, by the bouncing and motion of a planter, so it is important that meters be removed from the planter and tested individually to ensure their peak performance.   Seed meter testing will check meter performance and determine whether changes to operational settings – such as adjusting travel speed – can improve accuracy and performance in the field. 

SEED METER TEST STANDS

When you schedule your calibrations, you can rest assured that your meters will be calibrated using the finest test stand that is available. With Kinze T-4000 test stands, we can calibrate Case IH, Kinze, John Deere and Great Plains meters.

The T-4000 will
-Demonstrate meter performance

-Demonstrate meter singulation and Coefficient of Variation (how well the meter is realizing seed and the variation of seed spacing)

-Provide the ability to view a comparison of the Kinze vac meter to Kinze mechanical meters

Bring in your meter and your seed*

Once we have your seed meters, our certified specialists will calibrate them, notify you of any necessary repairs if needed, and then return them to you with a comprehensive document of their performance.
